At the moment, I am reading a book about Pot Limit Omaha. You shouldnt save money on books. It was a mistake from me, just to buy the cheapest book. In modern times, the Internet is giving you, all what you need. Just watch this tutorial (How to Play Pot Limit Omaha) on Youtube.
Otherwise it is also very important to get experience in that game.
Books are loosing in influence. Beside Sklanskys tournament-pokerbook nothing impress myself in last 5 years,

I am informing myself now about 7-card-stud. This is, because in some time a big tournament will start and i would like to participate on it.

Tja, jetzt kommt mal ein privater Eintrag. Ein guter Freund zieht gerade aus Koblenz weg. Tja, so ist das, wenn man in eine Studentenstadt zieht. Gefühlte 80 % der Leute ziehen nach der Zeit wieder weg.

Mein neues Android-Handy….

Ich habe mir bei Ebay nun ein neues Handy bestellt. Für 189 Euro hab ich das Samsung Spica dort erworben. Finanziert hab ich durch einen Pokergewinn, den ich bei einem großen Pokeranbieter gewonnen habe. Jetzt wird erst einmal nicht mehr gespielt bis zum SCOOP Poker Tournament.

Dort werde ich bei einigen Events vertreten sein und werde versuchen meine Bankroll aufzustocken.

Es gibt bei Saturn coole neue DVDs. Highlights ist zB Band of Brothers für knapp 25 Euro in der Blu-Ray-Fassung oder 30 Rock für 9,99 Euro.

Morgen wird wohl auch Amazon wieder nachziehen, dann werde ich hier aktualisieren.

Ich persönlich würde die Serien Las Vegas und Mad Men empfehlen. Dabei kann man auch noch super den neuen Michael Jackson Film dazubestellen. Allerdings finde ich den sehr langsweilig. Dann schon lieber andere Schnäppchenfilme, wie zum Beispiel The Game mitbestellen. Der kostet derzeit nur 4,97 Euro.

Heute morgen war ich übrigens im Saturn. Dort wurden gerade die Preise für diverse Blu-Rays erhöht. Wer früh dort war konnte zum Beispiel für 9,6 Euro die Blu-Ray Version mit 4 3D-Brillen von Final Destination 4 abstauben. Ich glaube da hätte man eigentlich bedenkenlos zugreifen können. Jetzt kostet sie wieder an die 20 Euro.

Trotzdem sind einige Schnäppchen dort möglich. Vor allem Fernsehserien kann man wirklich sehr günstig erwerben.

In my last 6 months. I really played a lot of Poker. Actually I didn’t lose a lot of money, because I was playing really tight. I liked to play MTT, which is standing for Multi Table Tournaments. So i played and played and I didn’t won more than some bucks. But two weeks ago it was my big day (or night).
I played for 11 Dollar the Daily Grand and i reached one of the Top Places. 2500 Dollar for me! Incredible! This feeling was so cool and I really played really good poker. I played strategic and was very patient the whole time. The tournament was going over 8 hours. After that game I knew, that Poker is not just a game of luck. There were so many strategic decisions in my game, which is why playing poker is clearly a game of skill. I just can recommend other people to try such tournaments too. These 8 hours have been very nice for me.
